Victoria isn’t your typical RN Aesthetic Injector. She’s an artist at heart, blending clinical expertise with a sharp eye for beauty. Since entering the aesthetics field in April 2021, she’s been on a mission to help clients feel confident in their own skin.

Her approach is intentional and holistic. Rather than dramatic, one-time transformations, Victoria favors subtle refinements made gradually over time. Working with her Medical Director, she partners with each client on a long-term approach built on trust and tailored to how they want to look and feel at every stage. She isn’t looking for a single appointment. She’s looking to be your aesthetic partner for life.

That philosophy is backed by more than 16 years of nursing experience. Victoria began her career in acute care at Banner University Medical Center and later held leadership roles focused on regulatory compliance in large skilled nursing organizations. That background shapes every treatment she performs, with careful attention to safety, sound clinical judgment, and a strong commitment to quality care.

Victoria holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Pima Community College (2010) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University (2014). She was recognized as one of Tucson’s Fab 50 Nurses (2017) and received the DAISY Award for extraordinary nurses. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing at University of Phoenix to become a Family Nurse Practitioner, continuing to grow the clinical expertise she brings to every client.

A lifelong desert dweller, Victoria’s roots in Tucson run deep. She’s a devoted mother and part of a beautiful blended family. Outside of work, she finds joy in tarot, astrology, and dancing, passions that infuse her presence with a calm, intuitive energy clients instantly connect with.
